- All orders are processed within 1â2 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Free shipping on orders over âŦ500.
Returns & Exchanges
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, contact us at hello@vellor-store.local with your order number.
- Refunds are processed within 5â7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Exchanges are available for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only, not refund.
